The adidas platform landscape is rapidly transforming we need talented multi-taskers who can drive value from this landscape for the LAM market, supporting all the countries and Global teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Gatekeeper for the applications landscape performance and reliability based on consumer's needs. Responsible for the key business processes for the .com across LAM, including articles data replication, inventory, payment and backend integration
- Monitor KPI Track incident management and business demand including RFC Management
- Manage day to day business operations of the adidas LAM ecommerce Platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Omnihub, WMS, ...
- Foster an environment of continuous learning and value driven work ethic
- Lead, drive and report and communicate Hype Sales across LAM Markets "Yeezy" according to Global guidelines.
- Responsible for lead and communicate the TEST Management for Front End application landscape releases on weekly bases based on Global Standards.
- SAP key user and SPOC for eCommece LAM with Global support and development teams
- Tackle urgent issues, implement learning process and long term continuous improvement.
- Determine relevant KPIs and drive results from multiple teams, drive meetings with Merchandising/Marketing Activation to plan key sales including:
- Drive meetings with Merchandising/Marketing Activation to plan key sales.
- Drive meetings with infra and IT Operations teams to ensure platform stability and overall customer experience are running at peak efficiency.
- Site performance improvement and build/release stability are top among the multiple priorities
- Continuous enhancement of a Data Driven approach to operations is a key goal for our team
Key Relationships:
- Merchandising team eCommerce LAM for product data management.
- Brand Activation Team eCommerce LAM for understanding the upcoming sales and ensuring the customer is getting the right experience.
- Various IT/Business Operations teams based in Herzo, Boston and India support the following
- Salesforce Cloud Commerce
- GEPS + SAP
- Order Management Systems
- TIBCO
- Omnichannel Solution (Endless Aisle)
- Adobe Site Analytics
- A/B testing
- Performance management using SOASTA.
- Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Feel comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of technical and commercial e-commerce.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), additional European languages beneficial. Communication is key in this role.
- Global mind-set and international background.
- A high level of analytical thinking, eye for detail and ability to manage expectations in difficult situations.
- Experience in working in eCommerce in fashion/retail industry and SAP is a big plus
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Industrial or IT engineering.
- 5-7 years' experience in a consumer-direct channel role, preferably in operations.
- Experience in multinational companies
