Senior Technology Consultant - Retail Solutions - Delivery Hub

Co-ordinate with global product owners on ongoing improvements or enhancements. Follow the market solution guidance and help with the execution of specific initiatives and projects. Support global solutions rollout / migrations with a 360-degree view on the support model.

What will you do:

• Demand review and funnel the implementation into technical chunk of work packages.
• Solution concept definition and align with business as needed.
• Lead a couple of retail work streams and work with team
• Co-ordinate with global product owners on ongoing improvements or enhancements.
• Follow the market solution guidance and help with the execution of specific initiatives and projects.
• Support global solutions rollout / migrations with a 360-degree view on the support model.
• Be technical brain to help NAM business, ops and infra to get things done.

Skillset & Experience required

• 10 to 12 years of IT experience required with development background.
• Minimum 4 years of retail domain experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year cloud (Azure or AWS) implementation experience required
• Minimum 2 year of retail hardware and network experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of web service, api and data integration experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of web application development & concepts
• Platform understanding on windows, firewall and network required.
• Integrations & ERP knowledge like tibco, webservices or SAP is a plus
• Minimum 1 years of Azure cloud platform experience required
• Technical familiarity with apple devices, mobile device management and application deployment is needed.
• Overall retail store solutions of store associate mobile solutions is a plus.
• Need a person with mindset of Pro-active and self-driven on assigned task.
• 360 degree view on Go to market approach is a plus.
• overall with a full-scale tech/architect mindset but be a senior consultant to help the NAM market.
