As a Senior Product Owner - Go to Market (GTM) you are responsible for the adoption and enablement of digital product capabilities in our markets to maximize the value for the consumer.
Partnering with Tech, managing enablement of capabilities and consulting of new functionalities & best practices are a few examples of the activities that will be expected from this role. Additionally, you will be cooperating with various internal stakeholders, including Markets and other Digital areas to drive consumer engagement and satisfaction, as well as incremental revenues out of delivering digital experiences.
What will you do?
- You will help the market to understand the available global capabilities and you will help to train the markets. You will ensure that there is a continued communication flow between the product organization and markets. You will be there as well to consolidate opportunities for new product capabilities observed in the markets and feedback those into the global product organization.
What type of projects will you be involved in?
- This is not about a specific project. This team member will work hand in hand with the local market teams to communicate new product capabilities, train the local teams on how to use those capabilities and help with sharing best practices. This person will as well help the market to articulate new product feature requests and help to get those to the right teams within the global product organization.
With what will you work?
- You will work hand in hand with our Market Teams in Trading Excellence & Advanced Analytics. You are going to drive transparency & adoption of capabilities by facilitating communication with key stakeholders across the Digital product design & development cycle.
Who will be in your team?
- This is a function which is newly built. There is a global GTM core team in place to drive the concept and helps with the connection of GTM and the products. With this new role we want to setup regional teams which work very close with the markets and have a big time zone overlap. The GTM team in global is within the digital Product Organization.
What is a must?
-Digital Marketing experience, working in an international setup, Delivering under tight timelines, Project Management Skills, Product Management Skills, working experience in an Agile Setup, Strong communication skills, ANALYTICS skills. Fluent in English both verbally and written
