The Senior Manager GBS Operational Excellence will drive continuous improvement agenda across GBS Bogota. He or she will drive the development of the strategy for Continuous Improvement and local improvement inniciatives based on impact on business value/customer experience and efficiency etc. It's meaningful position for Adidas 2025 strategy.
The role holder will help to collaborate with all internal leads to drive and implement lean methodologies to deliver business standardization, improvement and excellecnce. He or she will also play leadership on center continuous improvement team to collaborate with other GBS Organization on ESSA projects identification/coaching/replication etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Adidas Global CI Hub to design/build up Adidas own CI approach
- Create framework for all workstreams on CI methodology launching with agile and efficient way of working
- Build Lean / Continuous improvement capabilities for the centers
- Implement and maintain Lean Tools and training deployment (TTT) / build up and deploy continuous improvement training program
- Support CI initiatives in close collaboration with Functional Leads and BPO (e.g. VSM...)
- Business analyst for RPA (where relevant) implementation and other automation tools.
- Support workstreams and drive ESSA (Elimination / Simplification / Standardization / Automation) projects
- Support to deliver operational efficiencies, process standardization and harmonization
- Drive mindset of continuous improvement as a culture of GBS
- Support GBS Sr Director to drive the performance agenda.
- Provide coaching on LSS/process re-enginer project to help project successful implement
- Drive mindset of continuous improvement as a culture of Adidas
- Leverage TTT program to deliver continuous improvement training to center
- Continuous Improvement event design and promotion
- Support best practice sharing cross centers/workstreams
- Interpersonal skills to liaise with GBS stakeholders (leadership, operations)
- Help to identify solutions on escalations and to propose rootcouse actions in a timely and appropriate manner (problem solving).

- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the area of end-to-end process improvement and/or process standardization
- Strong experience in leading Teams (directly or indirectly) for at least 3 years.
- Experience in delivering LEAN SixSigma trainings and change management capabilities.
- Excellent communication Skills at all levels of stakeholders.
- Extensive experience of Continuous Improvement methodologies (both theoretical and practical application) LEAN/DFSS/DMAIC. SPSS modelling is preferred
- Automation experience
- Comprehensive understanding of E2E-processes in Global Business Services
- People management skills
- Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex situations and develop innovative solutions within a changing environment
- Experience of providing clear guidance and instructions to operational teams and coaching
- Complete familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
- Strong data analysis and RCA capability
- Knowledge of SAP FI and CO a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- University degree or equivalent experience, preferable in accounting or business administration
- Six Sigma Black Belt as plus
