Ensure achievement of sales and brand leadership targets in those accounts we have selected as key partners for the mid-long term, through the development and implementation of Account Marketing initiatives. Develop the Account Marketing Plans in line with brand, channel and customer priorities, and drive the implementation in line with Regional Account Marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure local integration of AM into the global KAM Excellence process: AFB > SBP >JAPs > AMP > SELL-IN > RETAIL INTRO getting a strong collaboration with local commercial department
- Increase adidas business and KA brand share in country's KA's, getting a strong collaboration with Sales team
- Guarantee brand leadership among Key Accounts through optimal planning and execution of all key account marketing elements
- Ensure integration of the KA's Digital Strategy into the country's priorities, getting a strong collaboration with commercial department
- Localization and accomplishment of the AMEP process calendar in the country.
- Develop, with support of regional contact, competitive Account Marketing Plans, designed specifically for our Key Accounts, based on the STAPs and JAPs (developed and provided by the commercial team); focused on improving both sell in and sell out, ensuring quality growth
- Foster correct, updated and on-time delivery of necessary commercial input, such as KA's AFB, SBP and JAP, in order to facilitate all tools for AM plans creation
- Foster collaboration and customer relationship through ongoing communication, plan revisions, business analysis and recommendations geared to improve set KPIs within the Key Account
- Align local Key Account Plans with overall Global/Regional in-line strategy
- Monitoring results/ROI of Key Account Marketing activities as outlined in the Account Plans
- Budget implementation and control (MWB,SWB, CAPEX) according to the objectives in the Account Marketing Plans
- Prepare and hold impactful presentations to Key Accounts supporting sell-in activities and negotiation of new spaces.
- Present Account Marketing plans to required functions in Marketing (Brand, Trade Marketing, SPOMA, Product and Digital) and brief them with the specific needs related to the season
- Drive quality growth by ensuring all commercial/sellout activities do not compromise our brand positioning or strategy
- Serve as main contact with local agencies to implement efficient and profitable AM plans
- Establish regular AM best practice sharing with other countries in LAM
- Provide all necessary local support to ensure a correct deployment of KA's Digital Strategy pillars, getting positive and fast ROI.
- Facilitate through negotiation support with the KA implementation of the KA's Digital Strategy

- Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained
- Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years
- Minimum 1 year informal management experience required
