As a Manager Business Performance at adidas you are responsible of creating accurate forecast and drive the IBP, RDP, WSF, WHS Planning of the channel. This role has crucial conversations with country DTC and FP&A teams by preparing and aligning commercial strategies meeting both, consumer, and business needs.
You are also responsible to focus on daily sales tracking, identifying risks and opportunities to provide actionable recommendations which help decision making process.
Main responsibilities:
Business Performance
- Lead the Ecom channel high-level Integrated Business Plan (IBP) to be shared with Buying & Planning teams with information by country and breaking it down into main KPIs: net sales, net qty, margin and ASP for current and next year, so they can plan and execute seasonal buy plan in order to achieve business needs.
- Drive the channel rolling forecast process by giving visibility of full P&L figures by country, brand and channel differentiated by Pure e-com & Partner Program.
- Generate monthly plans at a daily level, with the most relevant KPI´s: Revenue, NS, Traffic, Std Margin, NS @FP, Units, ASP, AOV, UPT and markdowns; having analytical/fact-based insightful mindset.
- Forecast and align commercial events with In-Season Trading and Brand teams.
- Informs to DTC and Finance community to give visibility of how the month is performing and how will close in terms of Net Sales and Margin by brand.
- Generate forecast on the operational outcomes coming from the commercial plans: daily expected units and orders; to support Customer Service and Supply Chain teams on dimensioning expected demand to ensure the best consumer experience possible.
- Create and follow up monthly top line and key metrics plan.
- Identify business risks and opportunities.
- Create forecasts for RFC, IBP, WSF, WHS planning.
- Being able to understand and managing different sources of information fosteriing the data-driven culture across the team: Talbeau, Adobe analytics, Amplitude, MicroStrategy

Perfil

- Specialist in business or technical skills with expert knowledge in some areas of work or systems (business champ)
- Broad & deep knowledge in own functional area, combining theoretical and practical knowledge
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 6 years experience
