Purpose: This role is responsible for instore communication execution, commercial marketing strategies, which impact positively Brand identity, Traffic, Conversion and Profit Margin across all wholesale costumers through flawless executed consumer-relevant Marketing Campaigns, Promotions, Instore Communication.

Key Task

Execute the wholesale maketing calendar ensuring alignment with appropriate local and regional departments.

Ensure flawless execution of isc, campaigs and promotions.

Co-ordinate with agencies/suppliers production of campaign and in store communications tools (window, isc, diplays, promotion, emailing etc.).

Monitor and control campaign material produced and ensure that suppliers deliver high quality standards.

Develop and ensure campaigns and promotions and deliver a positive ROI.

Monitor performance of campaigns, events and activations, analyze the impact of them on KA and FA, and feedback learnings and concerns to Region Wholesale Marketing (SLAM).

Be knowledgeable about the targets and performance of Ka and FA KPIs, in particular Traffic, Conversion, ATV, UPT, Net Sales and Profit Margin.

Select agencies/suppliers for isc with best cost-benefit relation for the required services/materials on a comparable base.

Monitor and control MWB expenses.

Administer authorized and signed country orders, submit and track orders of POP material to ensure timely delivery of the ordered components.


Educational Background: Degree in business administration or related area. Professional background:

Functional: 2-3 years of experience in Retail/Trade Marketing and/or project coordination

Industry: ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or agencies

Cultural: Ability to work in international environment

Exposure: sports, fashion
